Coming up April 20 to 30 at the Women’s Art Association of Canada (WAAC) is the Barbara Feith Memorial Exhibition. Feith, who passed away on Feb. 11, 2021 was an inaugural member of the Royal Conservatory of Music and a long-time member of WAAC. Discover some of the area’s architectural treasures in the third annual tour of houses and cultural groups organized by the Annex Residents’ Association (ARA). The guided tours will run from noon to 4:30 p.m. on September 23, and explore streets bounded by Bedford and Avenue roads, and Prince Arthur and Bernard avenues. Read more

A gem in the heart of the Annex, features of the nineteenth-century house include an art-filled president’s room, where founder Mary Dignam’s 1893 Peonies hangs in pride of place above the fireplace.
