A ghost bike and flowers have been installed as a memorial to cyclist Dalia Chako, who was killed in an accident at the corner of St. George and Bloor streets in June. Advocacy for Respect for Cyclists organized a ghost ride in Chako’s memory, and cycling activists have renewed calls for increased safety for cyclists and pedestrians.
